Being a skilled Networker is a critical component of individual high performance.

Effective Networker is composed of the following product profiles:

• Networking
  For frontline, specialist staff and management at a novice, practitioner or master level whose performance could be improved if they were able to turn contacts into connections.
• Building Relationships
  Frontline, specialist staff and management at a novice, practitioner or master level who are required to build, manage and leverage relationships with internal or external stakeholders.
