Personal Leadership is made up of the following product profiles:

  • Interpersonal Savvy
    For frontline, specialist staff and management at a novice, practitioner or master level who are required to communicate effectively in a variety of customer interface situations.
  • Resilience
    For frontline, specialist staff and management at a novice, practitioner, or master level who are currently under stress in the work environment, and are required to display greate resilience to improve performance.
